Well, where shall I start. I have had an interesting life.  I'm in my 42nd year with the Federal Government. I started out working in Virginia, then transferred to Kentucky, then Miami, then the Mojave Desert, on to northern Minnesota, Kansas City, Missouri, southern Minnesota, San Francisco, Los Angeles, the Mojave Desert again, then North Carolina, and finally landing in York, South Carolina.  It's been wonderful to experience living in so many different areas of the country. When I moved to northern Minnesota, after living in Miami and the Mojave desert, I didn't think I'd ever get warm again.  Everyone said I just needed to get out and enjoy the activities offered by cold climates.  I bought a snowmobile, went ice fishing, cross country skiing, and ice skating. Sorry, but I still prefer the warmer climate of the south. I currently live in South Carolina about 40 miles from Charlotte, NC; my son Scott, lives in Suffolk; my daughter Sterling, lives in Charlotte, NC, as does my only grandchild, Jessica, who was born in California. I've been married to my husband, Dennis Buckner, since 1993. He has accompanied me to the last few reunions.  I love my federal work but I'm also a realtor and thoroughly enjoy showing houses and doing something that's out of my normal office setting.  While in Minnesota, I discovered that I enjoyed designing and building furniture.  I found it both relaxing and rewarding. Unfortunately, when I moved from California, I left all my tools behind. However, I recently puchased myself another table saw, plan to puchase the rest of the tools I need, and plan to start back up again, in my spare time.  I know I should be slowing down and enjoying a more leisurely life, but I love working and there aren't enough hours in the day to do all that I want to do.  I have five shih tzu's. Since my only grandchild is 24 and doesn't require much of my time anymore, my shih tzu's are my babies and are excited to see me every time I walk in the door.  That's been my life in a nut shell. I know we are all 50 years older now but I forget how old I am until I see my reflection in the mirror (don't you just hate mirrors).  I still enjoy reasonably good health, and each day, as I drive out of my driveway, I give thanks for just waking up another day.

My wife laurie and I have lived in Annapolis Maryland for most of the past 36 years.
I continue to work for the J&J Flooring Group as Corportate Vice President of sales, a Georgia based Carpet Manufacturer. My career led me to live in Georgia for five of those 36 years and I couldn't wait to get back to Annapolis. I have two sons Brad & Jeff and two grandchildren from Brad and his wife Shannon. Davis and Olivia ( what a blessing).
I am lookoing forward to meeting and greeting old friends on Friday night.

Looking forward to seeing those of you who voted me for the "Bronze God Award" back in the day (LOL). I now look more like a crumpled tortilla.
The narrative for the crumpling can be entertaining, thankfully.

Somehow we managed to end up in Salem, Oregon after 4 years living in California and almost all the rest in Virginia.  I'm so happy to see so many great classmates and friends on Facebook. I married Kelly Davis  in 2007 (my third and final marriage!) My older son, Steve, is Down-Syndrome and 48 years old (though he lies and says 43!) and lives with me. My younger son, Dan, lives in Orlando, Florida and has his own trucking company, so he does get to drive here every so often. I won't make it to the reunion, but I will be with you all in my thoughts!! Stay happy and healthy!!
